Why adversting that you have a Charlotte taxi services on your website. But when I called, the man answer the phone and told me no with a rude voice. Okay I understand , well take it off your website and stop tricking people. That is really wrong for your company and it sets a bad reputation. I will never call that company again
The service was outstanding , the driver was a professional and , the car was so clean it was spotless. He also got to my destination right on time it was a fabulous experience.
I had call for taxi cab.. he told me that it will arrive within 20 minutes. Then, I was waiting for it.. It reached on my location 35 min delay.. I don't think so it's provide timely services.
