I called and asked how long till they could come pick me up and the lady said 20 mins so I canceled my other taxi that said 40 mins and then I waited for over an hour before all city decided to actually show up and made me late to where I was going. Why say 20 mins and lie when I could have just kept my original ride and got there on time. Unprofessional, rude, and the car I'm in is disgusting. Smells like straight garbage and the guy is driving like an idiot. Never again will I call this cab service and I don't recommend you do either if ur thinking about it. I'm ticked the F off right now. Now he's going like 55mph in a 30mph swerving all over the place. This is utterly ridiculous and their lucky I'm even considering paying them for all this. I'm in literal fear of getting into an accident right now! Central taxi is the best but they were slammed which is not common. Call Central taxi for sure. 352383ride
I have never even used All City Cabs before, but while downtown in Tavares tonight, one of the drivers came close to hitting my girlfriend and I because he was driving WAY too fast in an area where people are VERY present. Upon letting him know he should slow down because there are people present, he was very rude to me and then when i mentioned how he almost hit my gf and I, he responed with "if you get hit at this point, consider yourself lucky"..... Now I'm usually a person who can keep their cool, but c'mon now. Don't be crazy!! I feel bad for the customers that have had to ride with him! I didn't get his name but he was a middle aged ginger haired man. Very unpleasant. Do better!
Honest, on time and friendly. I recommend them to everyone. Rates are standard. Cars are clean. I wouldn't call anyone else.
IT WAS EFFICIENT YET THE AUTOMOBILE WAS NOT IN THE VERY BEST SHAPE AT ALL.. ACTUALLY ALARMING TO THE UNKEPT VEHICLE TO WHOM THAT DRIVER EXPOSES TO ALL CITY LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
Used them twice a week for a month. Cars were a little dirty, but okay. One time the driver had her dog in the back seat, which I loved, but other customers might not. Always had to give them buffer time, since two or three times they were like 20 minutes late. Once the woman driving was literally talking on her phone, texting, and had a clipboard on her lap where she was writing things down; I feel like she's trying to run the company on her own with mostly new drivers. Some of them actually needed to call in and read off my credit card numbers because they didn't have something to swipe it with. Then I had a pickup scheduled and they never showed; tried calling and no one answered, and same when they were supposed to drive me back two hours later. Finally got fed up. I just switched to Lyft.
Had to use this service as a last ditch effort to get home and to work after my car died. Excellent service, kind drivers and very prompt and efficient. They were also the only cabs available late at night which means they try very hard to accommodate you when you need to get somewhere at any time. I would completely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a taxi!
Poor Company!! Called for a ride in an emergency, said they will get here as soon as they can ..NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP.

All City Cab Co is one of the best companies to use. The staff and driver's are very nice and friendly. They make your ride as comfortable as can be. It feels like you are just getting a ride from a friend and not some random stranger. I highly recommend All City Cab Co.
