I have been coming to Aicha for more than 8 years! The ladies work hard and always strive to make sure the customers are happy with their braids and styles. I wouldn’t go to another salon for braids. The styles are always up to date and braided neatly.
I was there all day! Had an appointment and everything ???? I only wanted 2 braids!!!! Hair was ugly and they acted like they didn't understand how to slick them down. Never again
My hair was done just how I wanted it. Very beautiful work. I will be returning.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 9am and they arrived an hour late. Someone started on my hair, did 4 braids, then took a break. I was then passed on to someone else. It was so unprofessional. Braiders were talking on their phones, the tv was loud, customers were on their phones. It was so much going on. Throughout the appointment I was passed around between 3 different people. Then to ask me if I wanted to pay more money for someone else to help. Why would I do that?? I was quoted a price to begin with. My head was hurting from all of the pulling and yanking on my head! I did not leave until 7:00pm for some basic braids. Will never go back. Worst experience ever!
I cashed app this lady $200 before the service she did not do the service because it got busy but she did a quick style . She told me to come back any time I tried to come back & she started threatening me & refused to do my hair her & her sisters tried to jump me
Went for knotless braids shoulder length got a really slow stylist who was talking in her own language most of the time too. It looked neat but they don’t really listen and are inaccurate with time. Overall not a friendly experience. Try for yourself they also kept putting the price up too.
I’ve been going here for years but since covid ive stopped. Recently I decided to go back and I text the owner pictures of the braids I get and she quotes me 135 which is fine for the braid normal price I always pay. Once I get there my price is change and hair is poorly done and overly tight. So tight I had to remove them and now have sores in my head. To make matters worse because of there non existing sanitation I have caught covid between new clients nothing is clean chairs combs anything none of the staff wears masks not only me but my Bestfriend that I haven’t seen in month have gotten covid from the same shop she went 2 days before me. Please stay clear if I could give no stars I would
Do Not I reappear do not come here ! They will make you pay Up front mess your hair up promise you a free style & never do it . The ladies are very rude and unprofessional . They put a lot of products in my hair . Overall bad service . This is the first day I got it done right after I got it done she refused to give me my money back I payed upfront she promised me another style and never did it .
