I called and asked for an appointment and she was super rude!! I’m very nervous about getting my hair cut, but I called and asked about prices. I told her I was calling other salons to see about prices as well, and when I called back, she was super rude! I am only 19 and am not used to making calls for myself due to my social anxiety, and she was so out of pocket and rude that I told her I wouldn’t be coming to her due to her attitude! She gave the energy that she would mess up my hair just because she was annoyed that I called back to set an appointment! I’ve read the other reviews and she tries to dismiss them, so I’m attaching proof of my calls with her! I never seen her in person, because her attitude over the phone told me all I needed to know.
I see that she responded saying that none of my review was true, what she didn’t know was that I had 2 other people with me when I called, and she was on speaker phone. She can lie all she wants about the situation, but I have provided proof. Also, why would you tell me you had time for me to come in if you “were with other clients and didn’t have time to be on the phone”? That’s not adding up. If you’re gonna lie, at least try and make sense with it. It’s quite obvious that you aren’t being truthful. You’re rude and hateful and you don’t know how to talk to people.
Michele was awesome. For a first time hair cut she nailed it. She is all about the client.
