Never in my life did I get such a terrible customer service as I don't have names I have too describe the Indian girl serving was under pressure she asked the other girls for help one was stocking bottles other on lunch sitting on the floor behind the door these both lady's started to abuse the Indian girl the carry on in front off customers was an absolute disgrace I purchased my order them in waiting the girl making the food told me she's no onions no lettuce threw the bag off food on the counter I said to her the chips were half full she then started to abuse me I lost my reason these girls are so disgusting chewing gum shouting at staff and customer how this is allowed to happen ill never know I'm am so upset to think I had to ask for a refund due to the conduct whoever the manager is they seriously need to look at there staff
It was the worst service I ever had. I was on my 30 minute lunch. There was only one person ahead of me. Two women would not stop talking and one guy was doing everything. The fries were nasty the hot dog was okay . When they took my order it was what do you want. Not how can I help you today and how are you today. Horrible... Whoever is running this Corporation really needs to start firing and rehiring and being in the front . We need to have outgoing and awesome people working at any food place especially in the airport . They are very rude I will never come here for lunch again.
Came into the airport from a long flight only had 30 minutes until we caught the shuttle, so our only option outside security was Alki Bakery. It was a a delicious prepackaged sandwich at a reasonable cost. My husband ordered 2 chocolate donuts, we were surprised when we opened the box to find 4, and again they were delicious and fresh. Staff was friendly and quick. I would love to purchaseo their bread by the loaf. Thank you.
I waiting 25 minutes for a 3 pc chicken tender combo that I believe was air fried. They didn’t have anything to dip the chicken tenders in, they were soggy, and I ended up throwing them away.
Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible workers who tell you that you are wrong after they make a mistake. Takes 30 minutes for basically microwaved food. The fries were almost still cold and tasted disgusting.
My sister ordered a cold coffee and they gave her a hot coffee and they were being rude aswell. Horrible everything. Only good thing is the snacks they sell and its hard to even do that wrong. The Sandwich we ordered also tasted cold and wasnt even good at all.
Been through the airport back in June and passed by this kiosk, was tempted to stop by but after reading the reviews and having an uncomfortable feeling around this kiosk I went elsewhere
I saw they had no line and thought it would be quick. Waited about 10 minutes for an americano and bagel, to watch my bagel sit out in the open getting cold. This is also health hazard, especially during covid. The older lady made me repeat my order like 4 times and still got it wrong in the end, then tried to blame it on me because she couldn’t keep up with 3 details. What a waste of time and money. The younger girl was sweet during our 1 second interaction. If you’re too old and out of touch to handle the slow business, don’t work in a perpetually fast-paced environment like coffee ????
What a decieving low-blow place?! The Veggie Wrap had neither Hummus, nor Artichoke Hearts (as supposed to - see picture) in it whatsoever, and maybe there was 1.5 tinny slice of mushroom. Shame!
