I highly recommend Alicia, she has been in the business for over 20 years. Go see her for a haircut and color, you will look and feel like a new person ❤️ Jaky does the most amazing men’s cuts and colors, sometimes they can be shorty staffed, but you know you are getting quality when you come here!
I been waiting for my haircut for an hour and they told me to come at 10 when I came at 10 they told me to come back at 11:30 so what I did when I was there at 11:30 she wasn't there
If there was a no star option I would select that to the one star indicated. After reading several positive reviews, I just tried to call and schedule an appointment for my mother and a male individual answered “Alicia’s Salon” so I preceded to say hello and to request to set up an appointment for a new customer for their next available appointment. The person exhaled loudly and then said “Sorry, no hablo ingles” and just hung up on me. I am still a little shocked that a business would behave this rudely. Not a good business model to 1.) Not have someone on staff able to speak English and 2.) to hand up on customers. If this is just a bad employee, then they need to be reprimanded because they just lost business and I will be sure not call back again and to let others know to avoid this place due to this type of rude customer service.
I got my hair cut. Visited with Jackie and laughed at her remarks.I have always received great service. I have been going to get my hair cut there since 1998, when they first opened thier shop. Thank you Alicia
Tried hard to get an appointment for my mom and I as a beauty day for us both, I called, i texted and she forgot about it.
Worst experience i had a apoiment at 11:30 and the show up at 12:30 and by the time when they get to work she says i dont have any apoiment
