The hairstylist didn't show up for my appointment which had been booked a month in advance. I had seen the same type of review but hoped it wouldn't happen to me. I haven't had any luck getting into this salon since December 2023.
Website allowed me to book for 11:30a last night. Arrived for my appointment on the dot to a male barber informing me that Alice is not present. And the dude was like, "yeah, there's a business card you can just give her a call" I was like, "No, I made an appointment online last night because this is when I have time. I'm going to have to go find somewhere else now." I work a full time job and multiple side gigs like everyone else, I don't have time to wait for a stylist to be present which is why I booked online. It's disappointing because the other reviews are so great.
Both times I’ve scheduled an appointment here the stylist has approved the appointment and then not showed up or canceled when I am on the way to the appointment
I love this place. The owner does an exceptional job! She is very friendly and experienced. My hair has never looked better:)
