Today I had a great experience with Dr Hartzenberg (and his assistant), he listened to my worries and did his best to repair a badly damaged tooth. I felt at ease which was nice because usually I am terrified at the dentist. Professional care. Very grateful. Thumbs up to Dr Hartzenberg and his assistant. Thank you
The whole team are brilliant... They're really friendly and helpful. I've had an op recently and they have managed my aftercare perfectly. You wouldn't know who was the dentist, nurse or receptionist as they're a perfect example of team work. Each of them just as professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your visit was pleasant and memorable... For all the right reasons. Since my op I must of rang 20 times for help and advice and none of them was phases not did they tell me to do one. ???? Just genuinely happy to assist all of the patients. First dentist I've enjoyed visiting. Thanks to all. ❤️
Dr Hartzenburg has been my dentist for 24 years. He has never let me down; always sorted out the issues and is very gentle. I once did not listen to him when I had a complicated issue, I listened to the hospital, but my dentist was right and if I had listened to him would have saved 18 months of worthless hospital treatment. I have found him to be informative, knowledgeable and would not have stayed with him for 24 years... even before he was in this current practice. What lets the practice down is the reception. It invariably cuts to an answer phone and then it is in the laps of the Gods when you get a call back. I find this unprofessional. There should be dedicated receptionists that always pick up a call ... and others who deal with the footfall/in person clients. The practice is always clean and yes, staff friendly. I would have given five stars if they had better reception facilities.

I've been using Alford Dental Care for about 15 years now since moving to the area. The current admin, nursing and dentist staff are all excellent. I have had to have several appointments requiring work over recent years and on every occasion the treatment was fast, pain free and effective. I don't write many reviews but I've just had my biggest fear - a wisdom tooth removed - and I couldn't stop smiling afterwards because it was so easily and painlessly done.
Went for my first treatment Tuesday 29th November 2022. I was a very nervous patient, but was more than happy with my treatment from the reception staff and sensitive Dentist and assistant. Really pleased with my visit. Thank you.
