We ordered $55 in food. After 1.5 hours waiting, we called to see where it was. Was originally supposed to be 45 min to an hr. After calling it still didn't get here for a other half hr. All subs cold n disgusting, as were the cauliflower, onion rings. The salad was warm. So we call to let them know n to see if they can do anything, i get told "Sorry about all that. Have a good night" and then hung up on. So I call back, hung up again. Call again, and when they finally did answer, I asked for the manager, after about 3 minutes. I got the manager. He said he would remake the food. But whatever we wanted remade, we had to send back. Which you're not allowed to even do. If I could do 0 stars or negative stars I'd do that. We always had the best service from there and awesome food. I don't know what happened, but never again!!
I received a menu in my mailbox and decided to try them out. Was very nervous because of all the negative reviews. HOWEVER, the pizza arrived on time and hot and the driver was very nice. As for the taste yes it is different than the chain pizza places but not bad different. Over-all i was pleasantly suprised. I like the crispy pepperoni and the sauce and cheese are a nice blend.
I just ordered $50 worth of food. It was the worst food I've ever eaten. They forgot to send any dressings the wings were over cooked and actually gave us a tail as a wing. They refused to make it right... I would recommend no one ever ordering from there. They were rude and unapaulagetic..
Simple and affordable! My food is always delivered fast and fresh! Couple small errors here and there, but minor overall. The wing and pizza deal is a great value and one of the only late night places to eat left in town. Good job!
I received my wings but it was the wrong ones for the second time that I delivered to my job. I tried to call back the driver, but no answer. I text him about it. Hopefully I get reimbursed or my wings. Also there wasn’t any ranch which I know it comes with. But the wings were spicy and taste like ranch wings not butter garlic Parmesan which I get every time so I know what they taste and look like. I didn’t complain about it the first time, but the second time is a problem. Please fix this issue thank you.
Asked for as many flat wings as possible. Offered to pay extra. Person who took my order said he'd try. I received 2 flats in an order of 12. I find it hard to believe that's the best they could do, I've worked in many a restaurant and served plenty of wings. Not very good with customer service. At all. Save your time. And your money.
I use to ordered Alfees All the time but this time it took 2 hours to get our food! Our subs were soggy and so were our onion rings ! Our fried cauliflower with very soggy and greasy ! Called to have it remade and got laughed at and hung up on! Only to call back and talked to the manager to have food replaced and he was very rude!! So if you want to order food from here done waste your time and money order from somewhere else!!!!!
Ordered the pizza and wing combo, my pizza was burned the pepperoni on the pizza was charcoal. The wings were over cooked and dry they tasted old and it tasted like the oil has not been changed in weeks. Will not order from them again.
