Best KPortal Reviews

I will only do bad reviews if I am completely disappointed. I only went because most restaurants don't open till 12. I was truly disappointed. Food tasted old, like it was cooked days ago and not refrigerated. I ended up throughout my entire plate away the food was so nasty. The food doesn't come how it is presented on menu, I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't serve plantains with the meal. After coming and looking at reviews and the way the owner responds to criticism can tell you exactly what you're getting. I would not recommend.
Food is disgusting. Dont waste you time or money. The place look run down i shouldve turn around. Food had no flavor. Customer service was super sub par. Beyond raggety .. dont do it. I really want a refund
There's no way that is haitian food i brought some legume with rice
The rice taste plain with no seasoning no salt
The legume has no taste at all the meat is like when you chaude vyann nan before you put any spice on it, the food was disgusting
You need to go on youtube and watch some haitian cooking recipes.
Tried explaining to the person over the phone that they hadn’t turned on their ability to order through Uber or Post mates yet, and unfortunately the individual didn’t speak a lick of English. Tried calling three times to order over the phone to no avail, asked if anyone spoke English just to get hung up on, all three time. It’s been a couple years since I’ve eaten here , but looking at the reviews seems like you guys need to get it together.
I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Hopefully I can save one person. I have been going here for 5 years but tonight was by far theeeee WORST! Rotten cremas, spoiled black bean sauce and a dead roach IN MY FOOD! I will be contacting the health department. I called the manager Will and he was careless, condescending and offered no help. In response to his comment that is why the health department closed the restaurant until they get rid of the roaches and stop selling people rotten food! Look it up its public record.
I dont normally take the time to write reviews but for this I'm making an exception! If I lived closer I wouldve returned and asked for a refund, but I didn't open my plate until I got home. I paid ALOT of money for a plate of oxtail that are soooo hard I can't bite into them. I don't have that type of money to waste on UNedible food.NEVER again.
I travel for work and I love my Haitian food. I sat there waiting for 10 mins for someone to take my order. I rang the little bell 4 times and no one came. A guy came in and looked at me and walked back to the kitchen and didn’t acknowledge me. I ended up leaving. Haitians need to understand how to provide customer service. I needed up going to Kreyol Delight 15mins away.
The owner is very respectful and nice Uber got the wrong order he definitely made sure I got my groit with my rice and peas it was made with love ???? appreciate Mr James for looking out for me I will forever eat at this place ????????????????
