I've never seen a garage like it in my life.
Cows boys ain't the word.
I bought a Mercedes A180 form these guys and it been nothing but hassle and problems from the start.
The car was repaired to a very low standard!
Please stay clear of this garage, unless you want a cheap bodge job done.
I bought my fiat 500 GQ last December, wonderful price for the little gem, came with a 3 month warranty and they did the tax for me, it had a years mot as well. Through the year I had it, only a few bulbs needed replacing which is normal, everything else was perfect and it passed it's Mot last month with a clean sheet. Really recommend and the guy was so lovely, very happy with my car and was perfect for a new driver

The service only thinks about how to deceive you, they think only about money, not about their customers, I do not advise!
Do not use this garage, they park customers cars all over the local area, preventing locals to park near their homes, absolute nightmare for locals. They are collecting Fiat 500 cars and have them parked everywhere, mostly un taxed.
Staff is very friendly and professional , and organised
Have used this garage three times and they could not have been more helpful or polite on each visit.
Also no patronising of women or being ripped price wise. Unlike other larger garages.
They did a great job on my car (which to other garages seemed such a huge job) and it was done the same day, at the most economical price by far locally. Couldn't be happier with the end result.
I had read a negative review, which puzzled me as it conflicted with my and friend's experiences here. With very little digging it seems someone has a pattern of leaving many unpleasant reviews for other people. Some being libelous. As far as the wrench comment ? Seriously is that why single women feel safe going there ? Illogical. As for other negative comments I can only think they may be rival companies ?? Or the usual please sell me a Bentley with full service history for 2k or I will spit out my dummy.
Caveat Emptor.
Had an unexpected oil leak & took my car down without an appointment. The oil leak was fixed within the hour at a very reasonable price, even though the garage was very busy & was near closing time. I have had minor work done since, and been very pleased with the level or service and top standard of work.
This will now be my garage of choice for car repairs & would happily recommend Alexandra Garage to family & friends.
