Had my car repaired recently with my insurance and Luke was very knowledgeable about the process. Abi was great at keeping me informed throughout, great team would definitely recommend them.
My car has gone in twice for repairs, and both times made my car look like it was factory new. Plus, they tend to clear the car as well, which I know my service plans for cars stopped doing due to covid. Definitely the go-to choice. Just hoping my car doesn't get hit again

Absolutely top class repair centre. I was referred to Alexandra accident repair centre through the insurance company. And they didn't missed a beat from the beginning of the process till the very end. Constant communication and updates on a repair of my car from Abbey and Luke were most appreciated. I have used Luke and Abi's services on two occasions and have been blown away by them and the rest of the team. First, for an insurance claim, and the second for some personal work to a door I had accidently damaged.
I can't thank them enough. From the initial call and customer service and all of the contact throughout has been understanding, empathetic, and just amazing!!

I was working round the corner on a bathroom and the handle on my tile cutter snapped, called them up, explained my odd request popped round there 10 minutes later I was back on the job with a freshly welded handle ????????

I was unlucky enough to have someone smash into my van 2 times in a 6 month period, after speaking with Luke I choose Alexandra Accident Repair Centre, they did a fantastic job on both occasions, excellent customer service from Luke keeping me updated . Hopefully won't need to use them again anytime soon but would highly recommend them to anyone..
