Just waisted almost 1.5 hrs at this place. Stopped by Friday wanting a set of wheels swapped out to tires already on the truck. Told him about the TPMS sensors he said come tomorrow when they open. Sitting there as they open the doors. I had one bad sensor and knew it, I tried to buy one from them, tells me to go to napa they don't sell them but can program them. Go get all 4 new sensors just to be safe, come back he can't program them. While I was gone he dis-mounted the tires from the rims I was putting on the truck. So now I have to pay the dis-mount fee plus disposal fee. None of them even understand each other and tried to charge me $80 for inconveniencing me for over an hour. They then bickered back and forth in Spanish as the owner couldn't even understand what his employee told him to begin with. "Ooohhh, 40 dollar". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere as now I have to myself as well.
First words out the man’s mouth was an immediate notable lie; horrible way to start a conversation with a potential customer. Do not recommend; no telling what else he will lie about
Jezz me and my mother where driving from Starke to Tampa with are old car with no spare. (did not have one at the time) Anyway it was on a Saturday everything close but this place is open Saturday and Sunday, they did such a good job making sure are tire that got rip was repaired. I trust them and they are amazing.!!! Thank you! (Pic is the rip tire)
they should be kept away from an impact wrench considering how many lugnuts they stripped on my vehicle all for a balancing. it was them, because the one wheel that didn't have issues came off just fine.
Awesome job. So we’re on our way to FSU to see David for the weekend and we ended up having to pull into a small tire store out in Dade city because one of our back tires started wobbling and had a broken belt. Not the way you expect to start the weekend but these guys are awesome. They got us two new tires on the back for a great price and in less than 20 minutes. Thanks Fernando at Alex Tires.
