I brought my truck here to get two tires installed that i brought with me i trusted their work & walked to the gasoline station i never bothered to look at the work they did i just paid the $51 & left. The same day 2/21/23 i started washing it and look at what I noticed. I brought my truck to you guys because I saw the custom trucks outside & thought was i good hands with truck lovers like myself. Hopefully this reaches everyone out there DONT BRING CUSTOM WHEELS HERE they will beat them up. They scratch the outer lip all the way to the inside of the wheel in-between the wheel & the tire on both wheels. I bought my truck new i wash it every week by hand I've been owning it for 4 years I know every single inch of it & this happened here.
Never will I ever set foot @ this tire shop , they’re so reckless and don’t care about your wheels , just take a look at the photos! The owner David is a good person , his workers are completely bad , I would get new employees , thanks to Alex tire shop I had to touch up my wheels with spray paint
I bought this two new tire on monday . I dint use my car till wesday today! And got flat tire. I went back and they didn't wanted to change because the person in charge was arguing the I was on a low tire. I didn't got a recipe I ask and they took 1hr and 30 minutes to get it for me. I am really upset how I was treated because iam a woman and he tried to make me pay for a new one .I thing is not fare.
Went in for a tire sensor to be changed that I was more than sure I had already had replaced by them. He said no they didn’t change it that theirs are a different color. I said ok that’s fine just replace it and I’ll pay since I was heading out of town and needed it changed so I would know if I had flat or low air. When I went to pay I noticed his hands were shaking like he was nervous about something. I didn’t know what but it didn’t sit right with me. Well when I was on my trip my tire blew out. When I went to get a new one somewhere else they said the tire sensor was forced and broke the valve where you put air in the tire and most likely that’s what caused my tire to blow out like that. I could’ve been in a bad accident with my family. Now it makes sense why his hand was shaking. He knew he did something wrong and didn’t say anything. I highly do not recommend this place especially if you are a woman.

Went in to buy 4 new tires, never noticed until I went in for my oil change to Michaels and they advised me that one tire was completely different from the other 3 and worn out to change immediately for my safety. I went back to let them know. They kept telling me to come back that they didn’t have the tire in stock. Went back 3 times, finally changed it at the 4th visit. When done the guy tried charging me for the tire he just put on. I told him no I wouldn’t pay since I paid for new tires the first time around and never got that, plus all the trips for that tire I had made. He then got mad and started accusing me of lying and that he doubted that that even happened.
Nice gentleman helped me put some Air in my tire! Alot of Rims and Many Different Size Tires!!
Went to get my tires mounted and balanced there my car was left shaky I went back they only balanced my front tires and said something was wrong with my car below then they said because my rim wasn’t the original. And also the guy who did the work left my hub cap loose so it fell off they had me going back and forth saying they would replace it it’s been a little more than 2 weeks this last time I spoke to the owner Alex who said he would order them to call or just text him which I did haven’t got a response. They have awful customer service don’t answer the phone or respond to messages. Won’t ever go back there !!!
Great shop very friendly and professional I got new tires brakes and front suspension and alignment done by them. They do great work
