Whole week with the gates closed. What a shame. Lack of staff? how???? You guys need to provide good service for us.
Today raining and once again the gates closed due lack of staff. This is unbelievable
The eastern gates are very often closed due to a shortage of staff. So it is more Aldgate West than East
I hate this station especially as I use it for work everyday. This station has 2 entrance, however the entrance I use gets shut sometimes. This made me late a few times as the others entrance is like 3 minutes walk.
Always closed, this station has two exits and one is always closed, which led us all to walk for a further 5 minutes, this is poor servicing!

Good luck trying to get a tube at the weekend, the place is always shut.
