I love the food here but I think the workers need to be a little more responsible and get the order fast to the window also to not be on their phone in the drive thru the cooks sometimes mess up the order but over all I love this place
The hortchata was out of this world delicious. I'm a picky person when it comes to breakfast burritos and their bacon breakfast burrito was just what I needed to revitalize my soul after a long week. Truly a great place to go, and it was really clean actually. I wish they listed the ingredients in each burrito, but they have such a large selection that it would be an impossible task.
Google said it was open. Hours weren’t posted. Door was unlocked. Employee rudely expressed it was closed while on their phone. At 3:30 PM. Could have had my business easily with a little manners. Maybe it’s not a good idea to hire teenagers who are constantly on their phones? ????
The young girl working the drive through at 6pm on April 13th has a serious attitude problem and terrible customer service. Extremely rude when we ordered in the drive thru and then ask for limes to which we get "we don't have limes" and shuts the window in my face as a response before I could even ask if they maybe have lemons instead "which they always have limes or lemons". Absolute worst service I've had at any burtos in 20 years and having numerous years of experience in food service i have no idea how she still has a job. Aside from that the asada fry burrito has 0 seasonings, very bland. Will never go to this location again. The location on first street and the west side of town make the woodruff location look like sub par amateurs in service and food quality for real.
I visit here often as it is one of my go to restaurants for Mexican but I’ve finally had enough of the poor service to write a review. The underage child working the window is rude and incompetent when it comes to completing and getting the order out correctly. I did not get to finish ordering before being told to pull forward. This restaurant is constantly out of the sauces. I ordered a side of rice and a side of beans, 2 separate items. They came intermixed in one container. Finally fed up enough to not return.
I see all the reviews are pretty negative. My food is ALWAYS great. I order a carne asada taco. Super cheap. I have never been greeted rude and my order is always correct.
The food is amazing, I always get the bacon potatoes egg breakfast burrito and it is COMFORT to the max. They fill the burrito to the brim and the tortilla is always so soft and warm. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. If you like hot sauce my recommendation is to make sure it’s in the bag before you go because they often forget to put any in which is a huge bummer. I always have thought the staff very nice, it’s usually the same handful of people when I go. Service is quick once you order but sometimes they take a minute to grab your order at the menu so be patient chances are they are open. Overall I love their food it’s delicious and so comforting. The service is what you’d expect from a small local restaurant and isn’t a dealbreaker or problem for me.
I loveeeee going to Albertos! The burritos are absolutely to die for and they're huge! And I love that they are open late.
