Food good, however, always the longest wait for service and when calling in order, half the time they won't even answer the phone. Went today 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, doors still locked. When you do come in , nobody is up front, everybody is in the back and there is no way to alert them your there other then yell or other then the door slamming shut. So you just stand there until the person taking orders decides to come to the front. Good food, needs better service.
First of all we made it there at 9:33pm. He took our order at 9:42pm. They closed at 10:00. 1/4/2024. If they felt like they where not going to fix our food right, They could have said that, instead our food was cold. He told us it would be five minutes. Trouble service, cold steak tacos, presentation trouble. He did not care, they did not care. I’d you all don’t want to fix customers order after 9:30pm you all need to make that known, instead of talking customers money. And give out bad food, upsetting customers stomach, with cold steak tacos. Upsetting.
Oh my they have some phenomenal queso dip I love it but I love it more with chorizo sausage. Their chimi cheesecake taste so good and I love their chicken quesadilla dinner.
I highly would recommend their food.
I have been here many times because the food is really good but whenever I visit I remember why I promise myself I won't go back. The service is terrible. Yesterday I waited an entire hour for 4 tacos. I ordered over the phone and I was told that it would be five minutes. Finally I asked for my money back and so the lady ran to the back and 30 seconds later appeared with my food. The lady said "sorry" (very insincere) as she handed me my food and walked away. I have never met an employee here who was nice. They huff and puff when you ask them questions and many times when you ask a question they'll tell you to speak to another employee as they walk away. Anyways, When i opened my box everything was spilled out of my tortillas like they put them in the box upside down and then just flipped it. Plus it was cold. I have ate here about 10 times and I have never recieved my tacos in less then 20 minutes. Even when I order over the phone ahead of time. After yesterday I mean it when i say I am never going back.
Good lil spot just out of town town.
I like their Asada/steak.
The Carnitas never gets crispy here which is what I prefer. The Pastor is pretty good... Not too sweet.
In this picture I got the Mexico Burrito which is a good combo of flavors.
The fajita taco salad is very good.
You guys should open the dining room up.
Oh my gosh... Amazing food, great prices and friendly service! Best at lunch for the lunch specials!!!
Beyond delicious! I love this place. It's authentic and delicious. I recommend it to everyone, and the employees are so so sweet. I had a coworker randomly tell me about this place and I'm so glad I tried it, can't wait to go back!
