Ordered 100 dollars worth and we didn't get what we paid for. Asked for extra items for everything and charged but when we opened the item it had zero to nothing of what we paid for. For being paid 20 dollars an hour we should have received what we paid for. It wasn't difficult.
Typically, the service is okay, but today, we went through the drive-through and asked for a cup of water, and my mom saw a worker grab a dirty (already being used) cup, and dump the water that was in it in the sink and then refill it with water that they then gave to us.
I paid almost $9 for three tacos and these tacos have no meat in them. Why do they got to be so stingy? I ordered a bean and cheese burrito yesterday and the cheese wasn't even melted. This place does not care about serving quality food.
My son got home and this is what yhey gave him. Black taquitos! The guacamole is bad or something! GROSS!! ILL NEVER GO BACK NOW!! They better pray i dont get sick!!
went there at 10:30 pm. ordered chicken super fries!! bomb!!! its 3stars for customer service!! wow! i work at a mexican restaurant wit a smile tired and all..and this man seemed like he was over it already lol but all in all fries were delicious and kids ate bean n cheese burrito..not bad.
Alberto's is usually one of the best fast food Mexican restaurants. Not this one. Rolled tacos were average. Very little cheese. "Guacamole was packaged, not fresh made. Rice was nothing special. Very disappointing. I couldn't even finish the meal.
