The food was just ok. It wasn't that hot and I couldn't even see the cheese enchilada and beans because it was covered with so much lettuce. My daughter said it was hard to eat because of no taste. It was our first time there today so we ordered one plate to share to be on the safe side then went somewhere else after. It could be hotter and they should put the lettuce on the side.
The food was not hot and fresh. The meat was cold and fries barely warm . I felt the cook was lazy. If I ordered to go I could have warm in microwave but to do your customers who dine in like you don’t care.. You’re now making $20 or more , should be better customer),,, I order pork tacos ???? it smells like bad meat. I will not return.. I also came from a distance to be …disappointed
Food and Service were terrible. I have been coming here for almost ten years and have always loved the food.
After my recent drive thru experience, this will be my last visit.
Ordered burritos for the family, the ingredients were not fresh and all the burritos were cold (Hope we don't get sick).
In addition, I asked the employee for an extra salsa and he gave me a look like I insulted his entire family. That was our experience, hope this will be resolved in the future and good luck to the owner.
Drive through is nice but it would be even nicer is they actually served food through it. I showed up around 10 minutes before closing to get a bean and cheese burrito to go since I had some medicine to take, and I was refused service. I would leave 0 stars if possible.
Went through the drive and paid $13 for a carne asada burrito that looked like it belong on the child's menu. I ask the lady at the drive thru for guacamole and Pico and she told me I'd have to pay extra. $13 for a small burrito with only meat is almost as ridiculous as the attitude the lady at the drive thru had. 4/4/24 afternoon shift. If I had known this place only gets 3.8 ???? I would have ever come in the first place.
The meat in my two burritos was luke warm. Some of my meat was not cooked throughly as I could see red raw half cook pieces. The restaurant was not too busy and looked nice to dine in.
Very good food for reasonable prices.
All food is served in take out boxes but there is comfortable indoor seating. Salsa bar has good hot and mild green and red salsa. Pico and pickled peppers would be nice additions.
I've been going to this Alberto's for years and unfortunately the service level has declined. The carne is always tough and chewey and they tend to mess up my orders more often. The chicken burrito is hot or miss.
