Our family been a patients here for the last 15 years and we always so happy. All the doctors are amazing, last time we saw Hermina Cobiam and she was very nice ,and professional. She is also very good with the kids, definitely recommend.
Just awful. Registered here as had NHS spots available and close to my house. The dentist tried to do a white filling but did not get it correct despite 5 or 6 attempts at filling, shaving, biting etc. She looked progressively more frustrated with me each time I said it didn’t feel right. In the end I left and got the filling done elsewhere as I lost all trust and felt really uncomfortable. I have since learned from my new dentist that I should have been numbed before my filling (I was not by this dentist, nor was I offered numbing). Also the clean I received was ineffective (my new dentist says I need another) and really painful. It has made my teeth sensitive (they have never been sensitive before). I ignored the bad reviews for this dentist as was desperate but really wish I hadn’t! Do not register here, there are plenty of other dentists with NHS availability and I am much happier at one in Camden (you don’t have to stay local to your house).
My dental hygiene appointment was a huge disappointment. They were running late, did a very poor job in 15min (only cleaned one side) and it really hurt. It's been a week since my appointment now and my gums are still very much inflamed. I can't wait for it to heal so I can get a proper job done elsewhere. £60 wasted.
Have been going, to this practice for years. Have been very happy, until today. Someone else has taken over, got to my appointment on time. Lady was before me, asked if her husband could be seen. No reception replied, but you may book appointment. He went in with his wife, lot of whispering going on, then he was also seen. No acknowledgement, just left me there, how rude. I got up an left, as I had another appointment. Such a shame, my old dentist, would have never. Of been that rude.
Great staff and fantastic service. Oana and Ana made my visit very comfortable. Teeth cleaning was painless and consultation very helpful. See you guys in six month.

Mr Tosi is the best dentist I’ve met. After leaving to work in a different country me and the whole family used to visit him once a year for a checkup and advice when visiting. Now that we’re back in the Uk and 20miles away our dentist still hasn’t changed. Mr Tosi is still the most reliable and result driven when it comes to repairs/root canal/ crowns/ infections.
My experience with dentist Mr Tossi has been amazing - he has been very attentive and thorough and really lovely as well.
On the front of house staff, has been really fantastic. When my appointment kept being late. She was really helpful and supportive and managed to efficiently resolve the problem.
I will say all the staff of Alba Dental Care are very good and kind.
