Wouldn't sell to me after a job I've had for over 2 years I got punished because others he had. And I've bought 2 cars from him b4. But I found elsewhere that knew what they was talking about! UBER
They falsely advertised by saying the car had no problems. The second day I had the car the windows stopped working, I looked up the issue and it said the car was known for that. A couple days later I notice it was eating up so much gas so I tried a few things. Skip to about a month I had the car, filling up gas 4 times a week. I called service and they told me I get a call back. Waited a few days, called back religiously and always got told to leave a message or to call back. I called back for awhile, still nothing. I finally got “approved” to bring it in but they can’t possibly get it done before tomorrow, when I have work in Salem. But all in all this place is very unprofessional and I will no longer do business with them. I feel as though I’m not looked at as a paying customer. I feel that they have treated me as doormat because I don’t know about cars. This is the worst place I have ever done business at. But we live and we learn. Just be sure if you go through them that they did a full check on the vehicle.

They are still unwilling to work with me. They have been nothing but rude. I wish I could give this place 0/5 stars. They are liars who try to cover their tracks. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Honestly wish there was a way to put 0 stars , Had my vehicle for approx 6 months , always paid on time kept up with oil changes . During an oil change in September the Mechanic I went to told me that I would need a new wheel bearing , I contacted Jeff and we made an agreement that I would have to take it to a shop known as " Reeds " to get it fixed and that he would add the price on to the end of my lease . The appointment was set up for Reeds on Sept 12 , 2017 . I took my car in and they fixed it , I was able to pick my car up the same day . I called to make my normal monthly payment on 10/06/2017 , It was at that time I was informed I needed to pay $100 that day toward the repairs or they were going to shut off my car. I explaind what I was told and the agreement that was made and that I had no knowledge of a payment being due and I didn't feel it was right they threatened to cut off my car . They were just extremely rude and kept telling me that " Jeff wouldn't have said that " but that is what he said . I told them not to cut off my car that I would just bring it back and they could use the payment I made to go toward repairs . I do not feel like they should be able to just add a price to monthly payments without giving some type of notice or having an agreement . I am very disappointed in this company . And I've realized now how big of liars this company is , I have already contacted BBB and in the response I received from them , they lied through their teeth stating that they didn't say there were going to cut off my car and that I was refusing to pay the repairs which is complete BS ....... Please do not go here , I do not want this situation to happen to anyone else !!!
Worst experience ever! Purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage which broke down a week after we bought it. We had the extended warranty but towing would have cost more than repairing it so we fixed the wheel barring. A week later the 02 sensor went bad and the alternator. Could not get them to help us get the vehicle to their dealership and ultimately asked them to get the vehicle. We had the kia for one month, of which we were only able to drive the vehicle for 12 days. We put down nearly $1900 and now have no car, and we're not given any of the deposit back so we are out $1900, the cost of repairs and are unable to purchase another vehicle elsewhere without a deposit. We have 3 children at home. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle here again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Worst dealership and experience ever!
A friend recommended them, and I ended up finding exactly what I needed; a vehicle that was mechanically sound, clean and priced right! The staff here is friendly, and knowledgeable! Kenny did not try to force me into buying something outside of what I was looking for. He listened to exactly what my needs were and did his best to accommodate! Which is hard to come by in sales! I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a vehicle.
Wayne will tell you the down payment includes everything: tax title and tags and their processing fee- it does NOT. This is the ONLY dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from that expects a bi weekly payment LESS THAN 2 WEEKS after you pay your down payment! I was purposefully given misinformation and truly wish I had not purchased from this lot. Get it in writing before you trust this man.
Nothing but a bad experience I have had this truck for a year and have had problems with it since I pulled out the lot. They offered to fix one thing the whole time but the rest of time I’ve been ignored when calling to get service work done and then when I finally did get a hold of someone they told me I could drop it off and they would get to it when they could because they were busy. If a used car place is that busy. It should tell you something about their cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone yes they might give you a car and not check your credit but they will also have you paying out-of-pocket for all kinds of repairs and leaving it up to you to find a mechanic that can do it unless you want to drop off your only vehicle and hope they can fix it “whenever they get a chance” And hope to God it’s on the service plan which most things are not. If I could give this negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE .
