We had two vehicles with air conditioning problems, they went above and beyond to fix both cars in a very timely manner and we would recommend them for any vehicle repairs. Excellent service!
We were so lucky to have found this repair shop! We were on a road trip and had car problems. They got us back on the road the same day. They gave us a ride to a hotel and dropped the vehicle off to us after fixing it. This was the best service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this repair shop. They treat you like family. And they’re amazing at what they do!
As another 1 star review has stated, they took the vehicle and said “we’re waiting on the parts that are on back order”. He stole the insurance money “I’ll redact that part if it’s returned” and did absolutely nothing to the vehicle. Id never ever in a million years recommend this business for an oil change much less any real technical repairs. I have all texts and video recordings of my visit there.
They truly go above and beyond on their services . We drive all the way up from Dallas just to service our cars with them . We don’t trust anyone else for our mechanical needs! They are honest , direct and dependable. Thank you Otto and Alan !
Got some work done here today and I won’t be going anywhere else! They were friendly, informative and gave me a decent quote. The son, Alex, gave me a ride while they worked on the vehicle and got it done when they said they would. Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had with a car shop!
The owners and staff are wonderful and do the beyond great service. I recommend them because of how well they are with customer service and great work.
