I recently ordered from here about a week ago . I normally go to this spot about once or twice a week food is pretty good but last week I ordered a fish sandwich that had plastic through out the whole sandwich. I literally was spitting plastic out !!! I wanted a refund but she never returned my money . So I goes in today to see why I haven’t received my money she said “oh I don’t have anything to do with that “ okay bet lol . Now I will be sending these pics over to the health department ????????
I ordered Pork Yat...it was fried and burned . The egg was bad as well .I called to voice my concerned I was disconnected in mid sentence.
I should of known ..it's sign posted "No refunds for food"
NEVER NEVER again .
A waste of my hard earned money
The food is good, but the Hispanic lady had an attitude because I chose to buy a stragglers a meal. Completely messed up his order. THAT WAS NOT NICE!
BTW, get the Lake Trout, and hopefully, the Asain gentleman will serve you.
They are going down since Covid. The prices has gone up and the quality of the food has gone. They serving over cooked pigeon wing and half cooked fish. And the about to start losing customers for real. People come because it's the neighborhood carryout, but with prices and bad quality of food people will start taking the walk to Sherwood carryout.
So this is our new favorite carryout! The food was cooked fresh on the spot! The taste was spectacular, especially the subs! Meat packed, they ain't stingy with their shrimp for my seafood lovers. The chicken tenders were tender indeed and look, I don't even like half and half, but theirs was so perfectly balanced on both occasions of buying it. We will definitely be back for more food when we don't feel like cooking!???? The workers were very polite and sweet making sure we had napkins and straws. Just a nice little spot.
It was a quick stop for lunch at work so grabbed a chicken box ????. It wasn't good to me so I had one wing and a few fries and threw it away. ????????♀️ Maybe I caught them on a off day because I see a lot of people always going in there but they do have a wide range of food you can purchase maybe I'll try their salads or a breakfast sandwich the next time I'm ever in the area. It was pretty clean in there though so I give them that. ????????
I don't go often but when I do, I'm always happy. The food is satisfying, to say the least, and the prices are still affordable considering inflation. When in doubt try a chicken box with western fries. Want to be more daring, then, go for the shrimp cheese steak with everything on it including hots. Oh, their breakfast menu is worth trying too.
Language barrier now when trying to order. You call and they do not pickup anymore. The food isn't hot anymore. Not sure if owner has sold the business
