Just visited a patient in the medical arts building. Don't understand why there's a long walk way to the actual rooms.
Valet parking men are terrible. They lost my fiancé key. I had just got out of surgery, and had to find another ride home. Mind you I was three hours after being discharged. I had to wait to see if they could find the key. Never found the key then they called or tried to call locksmiths, they had a nasty attitude really didn’t want to help. I couldn’t get my medicine on time and right now I’m in excruciating pain they should be fired. I only gave them 1 star so I could write this review, but I wouldn’t give them any stars this is terrible!!!!!! so unprofessional ! I just want to add the nurses in the hospital were very patient they understood and they were loving and caring. They were just as upset as we were.
High mean people rude one of the nurses flirting with my husband yes I turned up so she would know and will do it again never enter again I will go 2 chapel Hill Where they Take the best care of you no ???????
Current construction makes things confusing when parking. Nice facility. Very nice birthing center.
