Best KPortal Reviews

OMG, I should’ve read the reviews first before ordering. But I should’ve noticed something when it took five different try to order a food instead of them calling and saying hey we don’t have this or they canceling it out on the online order, that way it will save customers time to know what they have available for the day. The food is disgusting, The rice was dry. I didn’t even have an option of what I wanted. The Plantains was Hard as a rock, The fried turkey was Not seasoned. You could do better. This was a real disappointment.
That bleachy looking lady that works up front is so damn rude. She don’t know how to give customer service. Upon entrance she immediately gave my husband and I attitude. I can’t believe they have somebody like that be a cashier. Lastly, the food is terrible and acidic. A dog should be eating this food. Never going again! They should shut the restaurant altogether.
First of time ordering from this location. Food was straight out the pot fresh! Griot was delicious, rice was on point and banas were great!! Price wasn’t that bad and portions were large as well, I had enough left over for dinner.
The food is disgusting! My husband ordered the legumes, it was too acidic, greasy. I called the restaurant to say I wanted to critic the food, I told her there was no meat/ protein in the legume and all the aforementioned issues, her reply was, "next time make it at your house." Typical haitian business that can't handle criticism and forget business is aim to please customers. NONETHELESS, IT WAS MY FIRST PURCHASED AND WILL NOT RETURN TO BUY A WATER FROM THEM. THEY ARE LUCKY TO GET A ONE STAR.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! Food was not what I asked for and not tasty also asked them to exchange it the cook gave me like a 4 min evil look before he remade my food asked for a refund they didn’t want to give it made me feel uncomfortable to even eat it after that. Poor service won’t be returning!
