Helpful, honest, great movers. We’ve used other, larger companies before locally only to be disappointed. Al’s Moving Service was cautious and affordable. Not one broken or damaged item. So happy we chose them (many recommended them). Would use again and again!

I heard about Al's through my sister who highly recommended them. These movers were incredibly thorough and careful with a lot of my antiques and breakables I also had a ton of incredibly heavy furniture and they managed to pack it all up carefully and transport it unscathed. These guys had an upbeat positive attitude even in the hot El Paso heat and bright mid day sun. Al's movers are Awesome and an incredibly helpful moving company. I give them a strong 5 star review and will definitely be hiring them again.

They lost a customer because they DO NOT take credit cards unless you're spending over $2500. We do not carry a check book or over $400 in cash. Yes we could of gone to an ATM, but we had a flight to catch. This is very important information that you should let your potential customers know from the start. Al was very responsive and informative about everything which is why we were going to hire them for our move. Upset that something like this kept us from doing so.

Al and his team are the epitome of professional. We had a complex move with furniture going to two different places. Al and his team logistically planned and delivered; nothing broken or lost!

If I could give this company zero Stars that's exactly what it would be! No one should hire this moving company. My parents hired them to move themand store their belongings in their storage until they got settled in their new place. It took a few months longer than expected and when they received their belongings they were missing most of their high-end items worth several thousands of dollars. When my mother called to let them know that there were some items missing from their belongings, the owner Al got very defensive with her and immediately asked her if she was accusing him of them stealing her belongings. She never called and said anybody had stolen anything from her she was slightly telling him that there were items missing. He told her that every single item that was taken during the first move from her house was put in the storage and wasn't moved again until they moved them again to her new home. He said no one had access to the storage during those months that they were there and did not try in any way to figure out what happened with those items or even have the decency to tell her he would check into it. So basically he told her she was out of luck. So please tell me where did these items go that equals out to well over $15,000? And please tell me why nothing was even looked into on why these items were missing? This is a very unprofessional company and owner who should not be hired because you might just be missing some of your belongings.
