My experience was good, they are very gentle and know how to treat their customers. They are like a big family and I very much enjoy coming. Also, they do an amazing job with hair, nails and just everything you need.
This was my first time getting a haircut there. I had to wait until the barber ???? put back together a hair trimmer he was fixing. DON'T GO LOOKING FOR SENIOR CITIZEN'S DISCOUNT, they don't offer it. Haircut looked good, but I normally give my real comment after I see how manageable my hair is one or two days later. They charge hair salon prices, not barbershop price, since men cut are simpler than females, I think they should have man and SENIOR cut prices.
I went today for the first time to get my hair washed & blow dried. I have been looking for a hair salon for a few months now since my other girl is no longer doing hair. I tried 3 different places in Mohegan lake & my experience was horrible! I finally did some research & based on the reviews I decided to give Al Pelo a try & let me just say WOW! Dulce did my hair exactly the way I wanted it & I love it! I found my new place & girl. Prices are so reasonable & I’d recommend to anyone!
My experience with Al Pelo was great. They accommodated me right away and the salon was spotless clean. They had separations between the chairs because of Covid and I could not have been more comfortable. The stylists name was Dulce and she cut my hair just the way I like it along with a hot towel shave. I highly recommend Al Pelo to everyone, man or woman hair styling. Keep up the good work girls and I'll see you in a couple of weeks.
