Excellent service and care. Our experience has been outstanding and what made the difference is the added value of care! Last month I was travelling and needed to get a medicine with me and could not find it anywhere ….they managed to find it and they brought it home around midnight! The wooooorst pharmacy 4ever + racism and lack of humanity
I have visited this pharmacy more than a few times now and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are honest, efficient, very welcoming, reasonable in cost and always providing a great service.
Worst service ever... I gave them a prescription and one of the ladies (lady 1) said they don't have the medicines. The other, lady 2, said very friendly that unfortunately they don't have it but they can order it, and tomorrow will be ready. Then, Lady 1 interrupted saying that they're not going to order it. Without any explanation, just that. Lady 2 apologised again and kept polite. What was it? I guess the lady 1 didn't want to work. Lazy and rude.
Worst service ever. The lady with plenty of make up was very rude and unfriendly. Never been treated as bad as this afternoon. I hope no one else will go through what we have.

No people skill whatsoever. I called to ask about a prescription that I have since two months to see whether they had the product now and the lady said "Sorry the prescription expired you have to get a new one" and they hung up on me. First of all prescriptions last 6 months according to the NHS. And second of all how rude of you to hung up while I was explaining the situation. Never again.

Asked for Ranitidine 75mg and was given Zantac which is £8.99. When asking for the generic (unbranded), the pharmacist mentioned that it requires a prescription not knowing that I am a doctor. Fail. You lied to me because the generic is less profitable and therefore you didn't want to sell to me. I wasn't in the mood to challenge it but for sure it deserves this review. Most ranitidine 75mg are GSL products (off the shelf). Please refrain from lying to patients in the future.
