Extremely rude staff and long delays with untrustworthy business practices. Went there at around Noon on a slow Monday. Placed my order for beef and goat, spoke about prices. The gentleman in the front told me about 30minutes, no customers were there but me. I waited my small goat order was done, but other customers came and then placed order while I was patiently waiting and purchasing other Bangla items. They then placed my beef order on hold for the other customers and worked on theirs & told me just to wait even tho I was there first. 2 hours later my beef order was done, and prices rang up higher then originally quoted. Untrustworthy & bad business practices avoid.
I've been here a few times before and have had a wonderful time shopping every time. The owner and employees are all very polite and helpful. I was able to find deshi ingredients here that I couldn't find in the Indian groceries near me.
Just called the store to get the price of a whole lamb and he hung up on me saying I don’t understand what you are asking for and hung up the phone on me.

They are changing name to Al-Arafa. The owner is really nice and friendly and helped me out greatly. He didn't have to do any of those. I would go again rather than the other Bangladeshi grocer stores.
