This pharmacy has been here almost as long as I have lived here (43 years). It’s just a short walk from my home and attracts a huge customer due to its truly amazing staff. There’s not many Pharmacies locally can boast the standard this pharmacy is proud to.
I’ve known Sam for many years and is a great pharmacist he’s always happy and joking which you don’t get in many other pharmacies!
He’s been a pillar of the community in Forest Gate for years and many more to come.
As far as i can tell... This pharmacy is the best... They act professionally and attend to me in a nice calm way. They always have my son precription at standby before i come collect them... I am not bother about how you approach me, all i am after is the end result... as far as they get their job done on time, that is enough for me.. Their service is superb compared to other pharmacy i have used.
It’s such a shame to see 1 star reviews about Akro Pharmacy. I have been coming here since I was a baby and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is lovely, it feels personal and they still have that Zebra! ???? The NHS has become very demanding now, it’s easy for people to blame customer service but I don’t feel anyone is worth as low as a 1 star in this pharmacy. Thank you always for your help!
The low reviews says it all. This place is a joke in customer service. They all act like they are on work experience. Rude, unprofessional, stuck up not bothered attitude. It’s like they are being forced to work there, if you can’t put a smile on your face or even say hello or answer properly it means your not happy! Leave.
Before checking properly they say medicine isn’t on the system when I called beforehand and asked they said yes so clearly not bothered
The blonde women who has been there for a long time. is very rude, the asian woman also very abrupt no manners clearly needs customer service training.
This place isn’t worth going to, it’s very depressing and will annoy one by experiencing such bad service.
Unprofessional service in regard to fit to fly testing. They need training whether the passenger in question needs to register the pcr test or the pharmacy will do it. The customer is instructed to complete the test and complete the online registration! However the pharmacy says they do this and why seal the box when they need a code!! Complete shambles and waste of money!! Do not have your fit to fly testing there. They do not have a clue and make false promises about getting your result promptly.

Staff is good but customer service is bad. They promised to deliver at home my prescription regularly but they never did. Its been my 3rd month that I expect them to deliver at home but they don't. I am out of my meds right now and they are closed today. Very bad.
