I’ve been going here for over a year since I moved to CT and they are by far the best hair service I’ve ever used. I used to pay $300+ for my hair, I have lots of long thick hair, here I pay at most $200, this includes highlights or just lighting my hair with foils. Not only are their prices good but so are the stylists. Alexis had been doing my hair and she always manages to give me the looks I want and it’s perfection eveytime. Best stylists I have ever used.

I have been going to the salon for almost a year, and just had a recent appointment with Alexis, and every time I leave the salon it’s always a WOW response, I currently have the gray look and every where I go I always get compliments, Alexis is very informative when it comes to the process of my hair change and she always tries to figure a solution ( with the help of her staff as well) when my hair doesn’t cooperate, but makes magic happen. Alexis and her staff are so welcoming, entering there I always feel comfortable

I have been going to AKC for a few years, and have gotten services provided by Alexis and Lindsey! They both listen to what I want, even if it means cutting off 6-8inches of hair! Professionalism and quality of service is A+, never leave the salon feeling like I chose the wrong salon or stylist! They are Amazing! From doing my hair, to my daughters and now my mothers!
I known Alexis for years and love how she treats and manages my hair, can't complain about anything. I recommend her place. Love how my hair comes out and I get compliments every single time. I have also done mu hair with the rest of the girls and love it too!!!!
Yesterday was my first time ever getting a balayage done to my hair and I absolutely love it. This was my first time there and my stylist, Kayla, was absolutely amazing. She was professional and so sweet. She gave her honest opinion on what would look good on me and took the time to listen to what I wanted...and she delivers exactly what I explained I wanted...I would recommend her any day and will definitely be going back to her in the future.
I LOVE this place. I began at AKC for prom hair and makeup both Junior and Senior year and LOVED it. The updos I had were stunning and I felt beautiful with my face all done up. Since then, I have gone for hair cuts and they work magic. They listen to your wants and follow through with grace.
I live in NY and it was worth every moment at the salon, since i walked in everyone was nice. and the work ambience was what i needed. I was nervous to cut my hair. I recommend this place. I can't wait for my next appointment. I had a great experience.

I love everyone in this salon, every time I go everyone is so inviting and friendly, we all talk like long lost friends. I'm always over the moon with my hair after I leave, whether its a big color change or just a simple tone and blow out. Lindsay is always so gentle and honest. I seriously wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.
