I called around 1pm asking about a walk-in for a patch on a leaky tire and the person on the phone told me to stop by around 2pm. The front door was locked when I came in about 1:45, so I followed the "open" sign pointing around back and spoke with the mechanic. He told me to pull my car around and I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes with a patched tire and I'm sitting at home writing this now at 2:15. Everywhere else I called said it'd be an overnight job, but AJ's got me in immediately which I was so thankful for! Price was more than reasonable and half of what other auto shops estimated me at.
Will absolutely be coming back if I have any future car troubles! THANK YOU!
Considering how straight forward and quickly they handled my vehicle after desperate need of alternator change AJ's has become my go to Mechanic in Richmond. Service is on top and never tries to add unneeded additional service!

AJ is very knowledgeable about cars and particularly foreign cars. I always come back to him and refer him to others, because he Doesn't take advantage of women like many car repair shops.
The people here have been working on cars for a long time and have moved here from their previous location on West Broad Street. They always try to look out for their customers by offering the lowest prices for auto repair and not selling you parts that you do not have to have. Great service and also fast!
Inner city repair shop on a small lot makes the place appear cluttered but the mechanics are competent and the price is very affordable
Needed a tire badly, only one guy was working and he ended up telling me he didn’t have a tire for me, went next door to Emerald Tires. They were fast and efficient on finding me a tire
