The saddens me to have to leave this review because I've been a long time customer however last night and went and purchased my mom a fish sandwich on her taking two bite to the sandwich she found some hairs. Today I have called to inform of the situation and was told well unfortunately there's nothing that we can do I ask even with my receipt could they replace the mail a little later date he said no there's nothing they could do his guys wear gloves and nobody has hair but I've seen people in there with hair but that's okay. So that will be my last purchase with them which sucks because I understand things happen but as a longstanding customer to have no consideration at all is a downfall. These businesses need to be a little more customer friendly because it's the customers to keep you open
On entry, nice people. Wings and okra for the win. Don’t let them fries get cold, got to eat them hot. The other sides are heavily breaded. Mushrooms weren’t tasty. Zucchini wasn’t bad but didn’t love. Onion rings were fair. Wanted to try fried rice. No real veggies in da hood. I can feel mixed reviews from here by what’s ordered.
I order a cat fish salad ???? and a cup of ice, the price on the drive through was 7.49 I was told my total was $10.24 and to pull up and wait and they will bring out the food. It took another 15min before I got my food, then I ask why did they charge me 1.99 for a cup of ice and I look at my food , I had a lil peace of cat fish over a plate full of lettuce and a few pieces of cheese ???? and tomatoes ???? this was so sad to serve a customer this and charge over ten dollars. She was so rude and said o well you can come in and get a small fountain soda but I want bring it back out. So I paid 10.24 for a half of lettuce ???? and a cup of ice, due to me haven’t to wait over 20 minutes and didn’t want to be late going back on my break. I was just so angry ???? from getting no customer service and the worker acting so ghetto. I will never recommend them to no one on the Tara Blvd. side and I am reporting them to the Clayton county food inspectors.because the lettuce ???? was old. This is a bad customer service business on Tara Blvd. and they need to be close down. I hope they get fine for selling old food. I will never go there again and I am telling all my friends at Clayton County Government Building not to go as well. This nasty ???? place and ghetto workers (Imani) was the cashier. ????✌????05/23/2024 @ 1:00
The catfish and catfish nuggets are very delicious. The texture of the fish is perfect and the seasoning on the fish is just right! The customer service was good as well. I’m thankful we found this gem. We will be returning for more soon. I can’t wait to try other combos.
Great service but the last 2 times I’ve been and got whole chicken wings they taste like they just threw some already made chicken back in fryer or using old grease
This place serves fresh, hot, delicious meals. I enjoy the Italian Beef and Whole chicken wings. I drive a little distance to get to this restaurant but have never been disappointed. Please keep the Italian Beef sandwiches. Tasty food served by a wonderful staff. 5 stars all the way around! Thank you.
EATER don’t do it! I ordered catfish with chicken wings. My mother ordered catfish with shrimp! It is NOT catfish! They switched it out for Swai! A lot of restaurants do that. It is rubbery and no taste. Chicken was dark and you can taste the old oil it’s cooked in. Shrimp was also rubbery and bland for being over cooked. Just don’t waste your money.
The vegetables were hard as a rock. They weren’t cooked the rice was barely brown, it has chucks of stuck together white rice. The chicken looked and tasted old not fresh. I asked for seasoning and it had none on it. The new employees just don’t care period. I’m so dissatisfied this used to be my favorite place to grab a quick meal.
