Always kept informed about issues and job is done on time and to a high standard. This garage is reasonably priced so no sudden surprises with the bill. Being located in a area where there are other auto businesses it is very quick and easy to source parts and services that they currently don't offer. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for quality service at a reasonable price
Been a 'go to mechanic' for me, was owned by a family friend, but stuck with it once ownership changed, friendly people and good service but are often very busy. Their expertise can only go so far to fix a problem, as my engine misfire was beyond them to fix, but didn't take payment as they weren't able to fix it, but I think it's that time I start moving on with another garage. But it's a nice garage but would take advice they give for a problem they can't fix with grain of salt as I was told to take it for a long drive when engine misfiring to clear out engine from any gunk, but the long journey didn't make it worse but just didn't fix the issue.
Do not go to this garage for a brake change , went to get my brakes changed along with fluid and the job wasn’t even completed properly… the brakes still had air in them so the car wasn’t even safe to drive . I came back they said they will fix it and they didn’t even start on the car all day and when inspecting the car I can see dents and light scratches from the car being poorly left on the side so people going past damage the car… avoids these guys at all costs … cost me more overall going here then It would of else where and the job still not completed, if I could I would give 0 stars
Been coming here for over a year now and never had an issue. Whenever there's an issue I just drop off my car knowing it's in good hands. The service is very good, they always tell me what the problem is, how to avoid it in the future and the price is much cheaper compared to other garages. Well worth the money and I highly recommend the garage hence the 5 stars.
Where do I start. I Dropped my car off at 9am after two other garages stated that the job in question should take around 2 hours. Despite this, my car was not ready for collection until 20:30, the following day. Not only did they completely waste my time but the overall lack of professionalism was shocking. I was not provided with a quote, and there was no kind of verbal nor written agreement. In fact, we were not even greeted by the owner who began working on my car without even acknowledging me, despite being a paying customer. Even when I had to leave my car at the garage overnight I was given no kind of contact information and no kind of receipt. When I went to pick my car up I was still not even acknowledged by the owner. In addition to this he also left my car running, with the keys in the ignition whilst I was in the office paying, delighted that I could finally leave this horrendous “garage” and never return. However, just when I thought my ordeal with this place was over I realised that they had in fact kept the £90 part that I had asked them to replace with one that I had provided. All I can say is that unless you want your time and money wasted please don’t ever go to this garage.
Amazing garage!!to say the least. From polite and friendly receptionist to qualified and professional technicians. Not your typical back street garage. Was told by another garage in Luton my brake calliper was seized and would cost around £230 parts and labour.I was recommended AJ Autocare Luton by a work colleague and gave them a call ,got my van booked in same day. I was told by a lovely gentleman Adeel that it was actually my handbrake cable that had come loose, he fixed the problem which apparently was a simple fix and took him few min. The best part he did not charge for the service. Absolute legends Adeel and the team.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :-)
