I use this place for four different vehicles a year and it's always a delight, the staff are all happy to help or explain issues, and always come with a smile. The coffee and pie shop is currently closed but was exceptional, both in quality and service so fingers crossed for everything going well and a swift reopening.
Been using these guys for over 15 years now...sometimes my cars have passed and sometimes they haven't but I never doubt their honesty. They work while you wait and as they get a decent throughput they have nothing to gain from failing for the money side! They don't talk in technical speak and just tell you straight - before sorting it
All the staff are really friendly and will help you whatever (e.g. busy morning this week and a guy walked in with a strange knocking noise....despite the workload, a mechanic happily came out and looked and gave a quick diagnosis there and then without charge....)
It's hard to find a place you trust...glad I have !
I get my car MOT done here. I can drop the car off early, head home and they call me later when complete. Just what I need. Always friendly and polite.
