On a road trip and got a pretty awful puncture; no way to patch it. I was riding on my doughnut and definitely needed a new tire. As luck would have it, air em up had a set of four barely used tires in my size and gave me a fantastic deal on them.
I was also having problems with the electrical system in my car. They hooked it up to the computer and figured out it was just a loose ground wire. They didn’t even charge me for that repair. I was back on the road in not more than an hour.
Super friendly staff. Gary was fantastic. And they have a super cute shop dog named Buddy. ????
Unbelievable, Customer Service! Ryan was willing to help me find a spare tire on Thanksgiving Day due to an emergency. He was willing to help me out of a real bind! Use Air Em Up for all your tire needs.

I arrived at 5 pm. Basically closing time, but they happily moved my truck inside to fix it.....anyway, 90 minutes later, the problem is resolved.......Ryan charged me for parts and 30 minutes of labor. Way more than fair......thank you you guys....your help/work is and was greatly appreciated !!!!!!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We blew a tire at the top of Zapata Falls parking lot, 50 minutes away, and Brian promptly showed up, drove back to the shop to fix the tire, and had us on our way in less than 3 hours for a shockingly low fee. Absolutely saved our trip and could not have been more friendly. If I could give him six stars I would.
Worst place to do business with. Prices were great at first, told them we had a specific Jeep and were needing brakes and rotors. We took it in to the shop, they fixed the brakes - ordered the wrong rotors, said it would be in within two days. Cool, we had to go back and have them change out our tires anyways so we would just go in and have the rotors fixed at the time. Receptionist said she would give me a call the next morning, never did. Husband went in within three days to get our tires changed was informed by the mechanic that they haven’t received our rotors yet. Three weeks passed by and nothing. Called them, the new receptionist who was out for two months didn’t know nothing said she didn’t know f my rotors had come in. Stated she talked to the receptionist who helped us and she stated we had a broken rotor and that’s all she remembered of us, was then told the mechanic that had worked on our Jeep was no longer there..... huge run around from Jody, who stated she would give me a refund on the work for the rotors they had shaved down, per MY request as they failed to call us with the rotors (even though they all swore they did), stated my rotors were in the week we went to get our tires changed out (they lied because they told us the parts still hadn’t come in), so as a company they failed to follow through on their end. Asked where my refund was, instead of telling me she couldn’t come through or what the hold up was I got another email stating another owner would call me.... so yet another day to wait for poor follow up from a facility who nobody knows anything and nobody has any answers. Worst company ever in the valley, and worst service. Still expecting a refund on rotors that they shaved down, because THEY ordered the wrong parts, and never followed up to complete the service they were contracted to finish.
Traveling for the week and visited The Great Sand Dunes. One of my tires went soft in just a few hours. Went to Air Em Up for help. They found a nail in the edge of the side wall. Not repairable. Decided to put on the spare and take the bad tire home to replace. Great professional service.
