I was looking forward to going here because of all the great reviews and because a friend had recommended it- unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. Front desk woman was very nice and transparent about pricing and they were quick. I had my tires rotated and noticed that my anti theft lock on one of my tires was missing, which was a bolt they had replaced, so I had asked where it had gone. The technician became very upset and started yelling at me saying that I was accusing him of stealing, which I was not. The front desk woman profusely apologized for his behavior. Overall a negative experience.

Best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. They’re respectful, quick, honest with pricing, reliable, transparent, and kind. I’ve gotten my mirror replaced and my friend got his tire patched. Would recommend to anyone in the DC area who wants to support a local business and get great service.

Such an amazing place with great service. I came in and needed a quick fix and was in and out with no problem! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

My daughter's car had a hic-up. She got a new battery for it but the lights kept going bonkers, so she found this place. The service was excellent!! They even called when she got home to make sure she got home safely. I & she highly recommend them

If you need quality work go and check out Aim’s Auto! Mr. Thorn and his wife are so nice and professional! While visiting from Pittsburgh, PA last Tuesday, hours before heading home my alternator went out on my car and I had NO clue! Aim’s Auto was the first place I found when I Googled nearby car repair shops and he told me to come right away and I’m so glad he did! I appreciate him not turning me away since I was out of town. He got me back on the road in no time! And the fact that they wanted to make sure I made it home safe before leaving and even followed up and called me the next morning meant so much to me! 10’s across the board!

Aim is reliable, easy, and fairly priced. They’re also very conveniently located, if you need to drop off your car for the day!

I have to admit I was skeptical at first of a shop that is so convenient to downtown, they could totally take advantage of so many city folk with no auto knowledge. I'm pretty picky cause I prefer to work on cars myself, so I really need to trust the mechanic. After chatting with the owner and his wife about classic cars and foreign cars I could tell this guy knew what he was talking about, so now I trust him with everything. He's super honest, and I've been in there when a random woman comes in stranded with a broken down car, and if it's a 5 second fix I've seen him just send them on their way at no charge, when he probably could have charged them any amount and they would have been happy to be on the road.

He knows American V8s in and out, but also knows foreign luxury and hybrid. He's a unicorn of a mechanic. Granted they are a little bit more expensive than going to MD or VA, but so is the real estate. And the premium is totally worth the convenience.
