Aiken Taxi Service

The cab arrived 5 minutes late for pickup. The driver did not get out of his cab to offer assistance putting heavy bag in trunk and at the airport did not get out to lift the bag out of the trunk. I did not tip the driver as a tip is for good service. I was disappointed . I have used Aiken taxi several times , this was the first occasion when I withheld a tip. Drivers should be aware of the benefit to them of offering expected service to assist passengers.

Christopher, is not only charming but also a gentleman and a scholar.. but for real, I commend him on his fast and friendly cab driving. He gets you where you need to go in a timely manner.

And his crew always treated me ????. On time, sometimes I would see the cab waiting for me 7 minutes before original pick time.

Great people!! I take the taxi almost everyday and have never had any problems with any of their daytime drivers, I always make it to my destination (work) in time if not earlier than planned. Highly recommend if you want a reliable taxi service.

I drove for this “company” one day, and in that day every word she spoke to make it sound like an opportunity was struck down, it’s treated as a W-2 position, but it’s paid like a 1099. She controls you’re money, and schedule, you pay for the fuel in the car and you pay for the cars daily rental, no proof of insurance, and will blatantly lie to you about how much you make, the words she used were fair and equal, she had me sitting in the car I was forced to pay for 4 hours on a Saturday night at a bar, I called 15 times and aledgedly there no current calls coming in, however the bar lot I was told was the staging area for all the cars, “3 other cars besides mine were operating that night”and they were not at the lot, she will let you suffer, it’s a scam, I received a call from her Monday asking where I was she had me scheduled all day and I told her I lm not quitting my day job for 80$-12/h shift. She cussed me up one side and down the other telling me I just didn’t want to work, we negotiated and set the expectation before I wasted my time and it was a sour deal, there’s much more to tell but it would be too personal. This is why they can’t retain drivers and it’s a good indication of why customers prefer Uber. Oh and she will make you pad a due even tho it’s not a Union job and has no protections. Bad job stay away from this taxi service. I’m so glad I didn’t sign any soul stealing contract because I’m sure it would basically enslave the driver

Christopher, is always timely, has strong customer service, and his driving skills are top notch. I would recommend using him as your driver.

I stop using this taxi co due the over all lack professionalism. I have recently use there service and was surprised and pleased with the changes and improvements they have made in there services. Keep up the good work.
