Great staff very helpful didnt have what I needed so late in the day but it was there the following lunchtime.. very impressive and reasonably priced
I needed a number plate done and they did that no bother. But the feeling when I walked in is so unfriendly. I got looks that made me feel like I wasnt welcome or like I shouldn't have been there. As a female I felt so uncomfortable. Definitely not service with a smile! I won't be back.
Rang looking for a car part. Person on phone asked me reg of car, I said it's a southern reg car thinking he might need chassis number instead.
His exact words were "I don't care what the reg is, give it to me" He could have been a bit more polite and professional, but it's not the first time I've found them to be like this
We've been using Aiken for a few years now. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and will get what you want if they don't have it in stock. They hold a huge range of stock for many vehicles, and their prices are reasonable. A top-notch local business.

Some friendly guys with plenty of knowledge delivering great service. Have always felt welcome to drop in for advice without being pressured for sales and they even point out similar but cheaper options.
I rang and asked if they had an oil filter housing seal for my car, the response was "no, definitely not, bye". The least he could have done was check the computer to see If he actually had one, or even give me a date that he could get me one for. The place has gone badly downhill since Caldwells took it over and the prices have went way up. Every car part they give you will be the wrong part twice before you get the right one .That's the last contact I will ever have with this motor factors.
I ordered a part for my car on Friday and was told it would be ready for collection Saturday, I told them my car was booked into the garage for monday so I would be in to collect it. I travelled out to their shop and arrived at 10, all shutters down doors locked, no sign of anyone and no sign on door. I'm so upset about this appalling service, I need my car for work and spent 2 hours of my time travelling out there for nothing. There are other parts suppliers in Enniskillen,, DONT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE.
