We are so grateful for Ahoy transport. They are all so nice and do anything they can to help get us to appointments. Its been a life saver for us with our current transportation issues. Thank Ahoy. I can only say I wish they could start taking Medicare patients as well.
Always reliable and on time for my appointments, every one of their drivers have been pleasant company, and always safe and professional.
I had a reoccurring transportation set up and upon getting a new phone and a new vehicle called in updated the information as well as letting them know that I did not need the reoccurring ride. Got a call today saying that if I miss one more ride, I will not be able to ride again. They called me from my old phone number Proving that when I called in to cancel the reoccurring subscription for transportation that I also had updated my phone number and they did not take any of that information and now I feel like I’m being punished for their mistake. Drivers are friendly and up until now, everything else has been positive . Just wish I wasn’t being punished for something that I did not do.
