We've been using Agrabad for over 10 years and always had decent food at fair prices however I can honestly say the standard of food we received tonight was so poor. Both starter and main were cold, definitely missing some chicken and the nan bread was cold and hard resembling cardboard. I was in two minds whether to use them tonight as the last meal we had was disappointing but edible and gave them the benefit of the doubtbeinglong term customers. This will be the last time we order from Agrabad. Sorry for the poor review but you have let yourselves down twice now consecutively.
Just came home from having family get together for a birthday, having been here few times over the years the food is reasonably priced and always tastes good, unfortunately tonight the kitchen staff were arguing so loud we all could hear it in the restaurant, didn't help by the manager going in the back to join in arguing ! This went on for quite a long time . The service was very slow between meals four times we had to ask for the bill, but the staff arguing was very unprofessional and unacceptable puts you off going again when there's plenty of other india restaurants in the local area. I do remember last time we visited here the manager was arguing over the phone to a customer, but tonight the staff were more interested in dealing with the take away service than the customers sitting in.

Ordered the tandoori king prawns, cost about £9. Tasted nice but I think most of the prawns did a runner coz I only got 4 pieces in my meal. Didn't feel I got my monies worth. Will stick to Arabesque lounge
Always consistent very good. Great service. I have been using the Agrabad for a couple of years and I'm left disappointed when I try anywhere else. I left my phone on one occasion and the lads went to great lengths to return it. Left me feeling a valued customer.
I only ever buy take-away food from here. However the service is quite quick taking into account that they cook everything fresh.
I have never once had a bad meal and when I am waiting I see the food being served and it always looks and smell delicious
We visited with family that eat at this restaurant regularly. On this occasion we were disappointed with the service as it seemed phone takeaway orders were being prioritised over guests sat in the restaurant. We waited a few hours for our food. It was embarrassing for our family member that had suggested this venue, who then needed to keep asking how much longer our food would be.
Food is really good here the service leaves alot to be desired. only had a starter and a main 2 hours 40 mins we were in there, wasnt offered glasses for drinks. Cobwebs hanging from wall decorations over table aswell but we arent to fussy with stuff like that. It was the service and the wait which really let it down. especially seen as though it wasnt even busy in there
Fabulous food which is always consistent, I've only ever had take away which also gives a discount.
The staff are always polite and friendly.
Highly recommended.
