You call many times to make an appointment and the line is busy everytime. So many times i can't find a solution for my problems here. So hard to find an appointment. They have to change something here.
If i could give no stars to this pathetic joke of a doctors surgery, i would. I last set foot in this vile place last xmas eve. The way i was treated after pratically walking in at deaths door. The way i was treated. I swore to myself it would be the last time i set foot in the place. Fast forward 12mths, my new surgery. Well all i can say. I feel like a dufferent person, proper appointments, proper hospital appoingments. Proper 1s t class receptionists who know how to treat people. If u want to make a new year resolution. Get out of this abhorrent surgery
Disgusting and shocking treatment by a very rude receptionist, the worst medical center I have seen !!! it doesn't matter what problem you have, they don't help you anyway. rubbish
My mother has been with this surgery for years and has never had a problem with any of the doctors, however one particular member of the reception staff is a total disgrace and really should not be working any where near vulnerable people, the woman I refer to as I don't yet have a name has shoulder length brownish hair, early to mid 50s with what looks to have had some sort of Botox, lip filler treatment, I'm giving details of this woman's appearance because I don't want anyone to confuse her with some of the other ladies that work there that are actually helpful. Theres been so many occasions this woman has barked down the phone or in person at my mother using her loud obnoxious voice to interrupt people and treat them like complete scum, I've also witnessed her condensing a couple of elderly people. My mother is a very vulnerable person who suffers severe mental health issues and I'll be taking this complaint further. People need to be treated like human beings especially when it comes to contacting or trying to contact their GP. My mother will be moving to a new surgery and it will be down to this certain member of reception staff.
Some very lazy people working there. We have witnessed ourselves when the phone keeps ringing but they were not picking up until we asked them to pick up the call. Most of the time we were caller number 1 and waited for long time but were never able to speak to anyone,because they just hang up. They also often lie that they have tried to call many times. No matter which number you are in the queue ,you will never be able to speak to them. Me and my family we all have changed our GP. My brother is changing today.
I am giving 5 stars just for Dr Shelly which is a lovely doctor. Very kind and helpful. Always listens to your worry.
Receptionists are rude,will interrupt and talk over you.
Fantastic with my 90yr old dad dr Shelly is amazing as r the reseption and nurses ????????????????
Dr Shelly A. had been wonderful - fantastic service. She was always prompt, carrying and approachable; assisted our family with health tips when in panic, showed ability to really hear you and immediately follows up on one’s needs! Thank you ????
