George and family are really great and friendly with their customers, and they took care of my vehicle right away. The prices are very reasonable and affordable, in my opinion.
Hard to even get ahold of. Consistently rings straight through to voicemail in the middle of the work day on weekdays
not happy the owner was gonna take a look at my mower for me and let me know what was wrong that was March 27 it's now April 6 and I have tried 4 times to retrieve my property and have been lied to and told I couldn't have my property back unless I paid a 1000 dollars for him to look at my mower and tell me what I needed to do. do not trust these people with anything
Had a flat really late in the day awhile back and they had the best prices and stayed over to change the tire. Really nice people!!!
These folks are great to do business with! Super friendly and easy to work with. I needed a couple of tires and they did that plus an oil change. Very reasonable prices and just nice to do business with people like George and his family who make it a genuine, nice, honest experience. Look them up -- you won't be sorry!
I bought a set of tires from an individual in Portland Tennessee. While I was there I decided to look for someone who could mount and balance them for me. I came across Affordable Tire and Auto where I met George, the owner. He gave me a very reasonable price to take care of what I needed and never once displayed antipathy due to the fact that I brought tires from somewhere else. In fact, I was treated as if I had spent $10,000 with him. You can tell that George treats everyone with respect and probably does a LOT of repeat business if I had to guess.
The bottom line is this: I live 44 miles from his shop and I will NEVER buy tires anywhere else again. I wish every business I interact with showed the actual “care” that George did.
Their service is top tier! I had the unfortunate luck of running over a metal hook from a broken bunjee cord which punctured the tire. Not knowing their hours I just pulled in fully expecting them to be closed and I would have to leave it for the morning.
However, they were still on site and were VERY nice and actually stayed late to plug the flat for me. That is true customer service and I know I will definitely be using them in the future for my auto needs!
