After a really bad, costly experience with another U-Haul dealer, this experience was professional and no problems of any kind! To their credit, U-Haul corporate called me and gave me a nice voucher to use on my next rental My planned date to move had been ruined.
Moving is hard enough without having crazy experiences in the process. I'll return to this location in the future. No problems!????
Very unprofessional business. After a year of items being stored here they were retrieved only to find that the unit was "broken into" although the company put a lock on it they never notified anyone, no contact with owners or police. Theft report will be placed tomorrow as the police department is currently closed.
The units are always clean well maintained and there is someone there after hours for security purposes. I was very impressed by the professionalism. The owner is very professional. Also the prices are very competitive.
Seems to be very private even tho its beside road not much traffic in and out, easy access to units, unit is clean n dry and good location.
I use their lot as a waiting place. Thanks for not running me off :) All I can honestly say is the place is clean, close and convenient, and the worst they will do is look at you funny if you sit on their lot for hours playing on your phone :)
