I am late with my review but this place was very reasonably priced and prompt with getting my car fixed. I got an Uber to drop me off to pick my car up and even the guy driving the Uber said that they were really good with fixing cars being that he brought his in a few weeks prior. I definitely recommend. I wish I could remember the guys name that answered the phone but he was very kind and professional.
They are honest, knowledgeable , affordable, and reliable, I received fast and friendly service, don't think twice about going, they know their stuff.
These guy's know their stuff. I will recommend them to everyone. They had my car fixed in 2 days, my car is a lot safer now. The price was very reasonable. I want to say thank you so much.
I do MOT recommend this place. After having my car brought here on Friday I was informed that Monday they would look at it. I was told this place was fair with labor cost, NOPE! They couldn’t find why my car broke down but they did find a small leak in a $40 gasket. They replaced it and charged me the $40 plus $19 to wipe the oil off and $400 for the labor and $75 for the tow plus another stupid charge which came to almost $620 for “nothing wrong” and after $620 I still have no clue as to why it wouldn’t start It’s close to Christmas, I am a single mom with kids and this is our local shop that was recommended. It’s pathetic how people are these days. No heart at all. It’s now Wednesday and I just got my car back so they had it 6 days!!! I say do NOT use this awful place!!! A commercial place would have been way cheaper! So much for helping the “little” people
I waited for 30 minutes and the service wasn't all that good but I will take it back to Rountree they was very nice and intelligent and they helped me got my truck back running
They replaced the things ma jiggy on the ac, the compressor, I think, on my girlfriend's SUV. All I know is, No cold, they work on it, now have cold. Pretty reasonable price , just under a $1,000.00, everywhere else we called was over a grand, so we're good.
The most honest and friendly people I ever had work on my cars been their customer for over ten years. Good prices and honest work ????
All I can say is integrity. An asset most mechanic shops lack.. not Robert. He won’t “find” things to repair. Nor will you doubt his completed work! Only shop we use for years now.
