Best KPortal Reviews
Update: Chris responded to my review a year later. First and foremost, Chris said he replaced all the parts Chevy said were leaking, even though he was paid to do his own diagnostics I guess he only checked what Chevy checked. Sounds like great and thorough work by a knowledgeable mechanic. The blown boot he mentioned was a boot that he replaced, he then said it was a two inch frame leveling kit that caused that. Even though the old boot that was on there wasn’t blown, just the one I’m assuming he picked up from a junkyard to replace the original with. The vehicle had no “cranked up torsion bars”. The oversized tires he’s taking about were 275s on 17 inch rims. Not exactly oversized tires when the truck came with 265s by 17s. Chevy says I can go as big as 275 without needing to mess with my gear ratio, which has nothing to do with leaks from seals on the engine. This is clearly a man who takes more time responding to Google reviews than he does to fixing vehicles. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to your manufacturer, especially if it has an extended warranty. Three months of headaches to save myself 700 dollars wasn’t worth it. I took in my truck to get a lot of work done. My insurance company paid 3,000 dollars to replace multiple components. I took the truck in on a Monday and I got it back on a Friday. When I got the truck back I noticed that the truck was leaking. I decided to take it to Chevy to see what was wrong with it. They told me the parts that had been replaced were replaced with used pieces. I called them back to let them know. They had me bring the truck in for an additional two days to check it. After having it for two more days the owner told me it was in fact leaking, he said he’d have to check to see when he could get the parts to fix it again. Mind you he had already taken the 3,000 dollars, it took an additional two weeks that I had to drive around leaking fluid everywhere before he could get me in. I took it in for another two days and he said he fixed what needed fixing. I got the truck back and the rack and pinion was still leaking. I have pictures and notes of every time the truck has leaked. I emailed the owner and he never responded. So if you want someone who obviously doesn’t do a good job fixing your vehicles bring them in to him.

Chris and his staff did a great job! Our car is running like new. They did a great job the last time also. Chris is very professional and I highly recommend their services.
I have used this company for several 9f my vehicles. Every one that has been here has had uneven tire wear and pulls to one side or another. I have since started using another alignment shop and have not had these issues since. I do not recommend or trust this business.
