I had one of the best doctor visits here. The gal at the front check in was super friendly and she got me back to the inner doctor waiting room in less than 5 minutes. The NP was a male and I forgot his name but he was great. I was having problems breathing and immediately got me a double dose breathing treatment. This takes like 29 minutes and they have a tv in the inner waiting room that plays funny videos of pets. Awesome idea as it makes the time fly by and kept me occupied while I was doing my treatment. The NP answered all my questions. Great urgent care. You have a great caring informative staff.
We just left AFC Urgent Care after walking in for a sports physical. From the wait time to the time we got back in our car after the visit was less than 30 minutes! The front staff, Amanda, was incredibly friendly and kind. The medical assistant as well as the provider were super friendly and listened to any concerns. Would definitely recommend as I can compare with San Juan Urgent care which took 4 and half hours for the same type of visit last year. The facility was also very clean and new.
I have taken my daughter to this facility a few times now, and I have nothing but great things to say. The facility is clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Deanna was quick to answer any questions and was very thorough with my paperwork and check in. The Nurse Practitioner’s are always very caring and quick to take care of what needs to be done, and also great personalities. I highly recommend this Urgent Care for your health care needs.
Great place! Every time I bring myself or my little ones they always treated us with kindness. Also Anne is the provider we see every time we go in. And she always treats us with kindness. And Arthur the MA is super great with my little ones. Thank you Anne and Arthur for making us feel cared for there. Keep up the great work!!
OK. I am not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best medical appointments I’ve ever been through. I was visiting from Phoenix and had a small problem that took me to Urgent Care. As soon as walked in, it just felt comfortable. Deanna, the receptionist person, was smiling, friendly, and had a way of taking and explaining that put me at ease. That initial contact makes all the difference. I next saw the medical assistant. I didn’t get her name (was it Dorothea or Dorthy? I’m not sure). She was so friendly and didn’t seem rushed, which is what I’m use to. Then the NP Erin. Again, very friendly, took a little time without being hurried, and explained what was going on. From beginning to end this was a very professional as well as friendly experience.
Lori and Keri are amazing! The staff at AFC was a breath of fresh air after visiting the ER last night with my other child. Amanda at the front was so sweet and showed concern and compassion.
We were in and out in no time. They listened to our concerns and treated my daughter accordingly. I will never go to the other urgent care in town again!
I needed eleven vials of blood drawn and Danika did an amazing job. Didn't feel the needle go in, we got all eleven vials from one vein, and I didn't bruise AT ALL. Best blood draw experience I've ever had, and probably the cleanest and most professional urgent care I've ever been to.
I went in last night and Lori was amazing!!!!! She saw me and two of my kids and was super helpful! The front desk staff was wonderful and the nurse was great with me and my kids! Will definitely be using them again til Lori can take on pc patients and then will still probably use them for quick care! This place is definitely the nicest urgent care in town as well. Also if anyone is wondering they close at 8pm and stop taking patients at 7pm!
