The front end staff was awesome. I believe her name was marina,, The technician who took my son's vitals phenomenal. If it was a physicians assistant I apologize. Yeah, and I believe it was a nurse practitioner if it was a physician's assistant. I apologize She was pleasant actually very welcoming. Very knowledgeable. Very thorough very professional. Just so you know.. I passed three other Urgent cares to come to this facility at Aberdeen.Thank you again. Your kindness your patience you're your helpfulness. And you're professionalism. Finally! A reliable and compassionate Urgent Care! I have had to visit this facility twice in a week for different family members for very different ailments, and I was very pleased. The check-in process was quick and easy. The wait time was surprisingly short, which is never the case in an urgent care, and has always been the most frustrating to me. The staff upon entry and nurses were pleasant and helpful. Each time we saw a different doctor, and each time they were very thorough, explained fully what was going on and released us With a diagnosis and instructions. I have had to call for follow up questions and each time they were answered quickly. I am so thrilled that we finally have a reliable urgent care nearby.
Extremely convenient and fast without being pushed out. Brianna at the front desk was a huge help and extremely patient when I was at my worst for the day.
The rest of the staff actually enjoy being at their job and have been able to get the medications I needed in a timely manner.
Will absolutely be coming back on an as needed basis.
Absolutely the best Urgent Care around!! Marina and Cara are an absolute pleasure at the front desk. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr Regina was very thorough and pleasant. The care my brother received at AFC was outstanding! Thanks to all of you. More people in the Healthcare profession could learn a great deal from you on how to treat a patient!!
I visited AFC Urgent Care with my husband, who needed immediate care after gasoline was sprayed in his eyes by accident. The receptionist told us to go elsewhere, as the doctor on call was about to go on lunch. So much for the Hippocratic Oath, "urgent care," and professionalism. I will never go back to this clinic again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
My family and I have visited this facility a number of times. We have always noticed a reasonable wait time, even for Covid testing at the height of the pandemic. We have also come for minor health issues, and have always had great outcomes. The place is clean, the staff very caring, professional and competent. A pleasant experience from the front desk to the physicians and medical personnel in back. Thank you for keeping us healthy, AFC, Matawan!
AFC Urgent Care has the best staff and drs. They are kind and caring and really listen to your concerns. Drs are very informative to the treatment they give and you receive. The wait times are never long normally you can get in and out. Rated number one in my book.
No appointment urgent care = long waits. This place always treats EVERYONE with the same level of respect and it’s given back by us patients. It’s that extra step or two; the care and tone in conversation. Then when it’s your turn you get the time needed ; extra analysis if there something they are curious about. Makes them default family doctor for the night and day difference of the STAFF. THANKS for ability to count on your constant. While patient or waiting father I APPRECIATE YOU; the TEAM; the OFFICE.
