It was once a pleasant pharmacy where I felt more confident than at my general practitioner's practice. Now it turned to most rude, arrogant, and ignorant people in the world were the elderly gentleman (who appeared to be Indian) and the woman with brown hair behind the desk. Kindness is always appreciated, regardless of the person speaking to you, as you never know what another person is going through. They are incredibly unprofessional. They don’t care about their job or it may be cultural or personal reasons
The guy was going to sell something which correct price was £10-£12 for £20. He sporadically changed the price down to £12 when I asked whether there was a cheaper one. I get he was trying to be nice but I’m concerned that a pharmacy is no place for haggling. This was witnessed by other customers who also commenting on the “haggling”. I don’t feel comfortable going in here again because, what if I get ripped off? How many people are being ripped off?
For a pharmacy dealing with some of the most vulnerable people within our community, I was shocked that they do not answer the phone despite 10 people standing around. Because of this I had to take time off work to collect a missed delivery for a severely unwell elderly relative as they had no medication left which was promised to be delivered the day before. The store was not interested in the slightest about missing a drug delivery for someone with a severe health condition. The elderly lady Chandra (owner) was horrible and offered zero accountability, no compassion and was very hostile towards us for even mentioning the issue. I understand it's free delivery but please remember that's at your choice and you need to manage risk as a business.
The staff here are amazing. They speak to you with respect and explain how the system works instead of just saying ‘no’ with no justifications. There was an issue with my prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy, and they helped me out massively by identifying the pharmacy, giving me their number and telling me exactly what to ask for so that the prescription would be downloadable here instead. They got me sorted when I was really stressed and the whole team seem really positive, proactive and polite! Would always go to this pharmacy first!
Been trying to call for the past few days about my diabetic grandmother’s medication but they don’t answer the phone.
Words cannot comprehend your pharmacy's 100% support to me anytime I'm about. However, I have likewise watch the ways your team have dealt with other customers. Empathy, Humility, Responsiveness and Intergrity are what I have taken from you lot.

The poorest service from a pharmacy. I have ever felt with. Constantly ringing and they never bother to answer. Avoid if you suffer with stress ????????????
Beyond frustrating. They changed their system to ordering prescriptions over the phone and yet NEVER answer it. To the extent where last time I was in I rang them as I was queuing just to observe them ignore it! They are preventing me and I’m sure many others from ordering essential medicines due to a lack of care. Very frustrating.
