Fantastic shop. Prior to getting some work done here, I had been waiting for over 3 months for a different shop to get me in. This other shop had rescheduled me several times and I was fed up. I called AEP and they were able to get me in 2 days later and had all the work done within a day. Attention to detail is top notch. Highly recommended for all your performance needs.
Awesome shop. My only problem is that I scheduled an appointment to wait in shop because I didn't have a ride and, while the first time I understand since they had to install suspension and do an alignment, the second time I sat there for over 4 hours while they put in 4 bolts to bolt on my rear shock tower brace that they forgot to bolt back on when I got my suspension done. I'm not sure if I told them it was back there or not, so I don't think they forgot on purpose.
YYAAYYYUSSS! Guys, this is the one! Shout out to AEP for exceeding my expectations! I must admit, I grilled them something fierce over the phone and in person, because as a new (to me) Audi R8 V10 owner, I was feeling "some kinda way" about letting just ANYONE touch her. AEP to the rescue! Not only did they take their time making sure I completely understood just how long they've been in business(...mmhmm...long time...very...very...long time), and how well connected they are to the community (thanks for the field trip to the "hidden" RP Exotics location!), they enthusiastically took me and my son on a tour of their state-of-the art facility, which was full of vehicles other happy customers had left in their capable hands. And so, I joined the ranks of happy customs and handed over the keys. Now when I tell you that over the course of the next few days, Tara and Tony did the damn thang?! Listen! All they were SUPPOSED to do? Was apply ceramic coating and change the oil. But noooooo! That wasn't enough for these two detailing whisperers! They took that inch a mile futher by verifying the quality of the previously applied paint protective film (excellent!); detailing the interior AND reconditioned the leather (and that new car smell though!); AND informing me that it appeared my vehicle had a pre-existing tune. HHHWHUUUTT?!!! OOKAAAYYY! Soooo, shortly after picking the car up from them, you know I had to test that tune out on my hot date that evening...but that's a story for a different review ;) Bottom line, you won't find more personable, knowledgeable, engaging professionals anywhere. Tony! Tara! You guys ROCK!!! I'll be "bock" ;)
During my visit there I was around multiple people that worked there as none of them introduced themselves. I would think a new customer would spark conversation but was just asked if I had been helped. Moving on there was a miscommunication about my appointment. I Ended up being here 5 hours for a less than 2 hour job. Derek however was helpful and explained his insight well. The waiting area furniture has seen many rear ends and it shows. I was almost tempted to sit in the nice bmw that had a front row view of the tv. The level of professionalism and uniformity in appearance and customer service has room for improvement. The showcase decor was giving off a junky vibe. I hope to continue being a customer and watch this company grow.
AEP did such a fantastic job detailing my vehicle. I will be back and can’t recommend them highly enough! Very thorough and professional job!
The shop installed a Ravelco anti-theft system on my truck. Very happy with the installation and the system. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
